our President
“With a heart full of gratitude to the Almighty God, I welcome you to Happy People Housing Cooperative.
Welcome to a residential Housing Cooperative where resident members own and control the property collectively.
We make proud to say that our Happy People Housing Cooperative stands as the first and (to date) the only surviving, genuine Housing Cooperative registered with the Oyo State Ministry of Commerce and Cooperatives in Nigeria.
Our objectives are centered on four cardinal points, which are:
- Members' Joint Ownership of Properties.
- Non-Profit Housing Cooperative.
- Democratic Governance in decision making.
- Affordable Housing System.
These objectives translate into four major benefits, which are; Affordability, Community Control and Stability.
In view of the above, every member of HPHC is regarded as VIP anywhere he/she is introduced.
This is beyond an ordinary person's imagination, but that is the extraordinary upward trajectory that our HPHC is aiming at.
